Bamboonies accept credit card, direct deposit and paypal payments only. Payment must be made at checkout using our shopping trolley.
Our goods are not subject to GST.
Payments are made using SSL and your personal details are encrypted. We do not keep or store your credit card details in any form. They are used for the current transaction only.
Once your payment is received you will receive an order confirmation email.

Paypal enables anyone with an email address to send and receive payments online.

As a buyer you can pay for your item online through Paypal without sharing your financial information

We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries and you will be emailed a tracking number at the time of dispatch. We reserve the right to use any carrier based on our own discretion. We will always use the carrier we believe will deliver the goods in the most safe and timely manner.
Handling time is a maximum of three business days but is usually one to two business days.
Delivery time depends on your location. Expect your parcel within 3 – 5 business days in city areas, up to 10 business days in rural areas and sometimes, though rarely it can be more for remote areas.
Delivery costs will be displayed upon checkout and are subject to your location.
If you have not received your parcel within the stated or reasonable timeframe please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond to your query within 24 business hours.
Bamboonies take responsibility for orders damaged in transit. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and details of the problem. We will respond to your query within 24 business hours. Damaged goods will be exchanged but not refunded.
Bamboonies cannot be responsible for orders lost in transit. However we will always endevour to locate parcels which have not arrived in due time. We send all parcels with tracking for this reason.
Returns and Exchanges
Bamboonies will exchange or refund any faulty goods. To avoid this happening we have in place strict quality control procedures. You must notify us within 7 days if you have received faulty goods at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must return the goods to us within two weeks of delivery, and in unused condition, for an exchange or refund to take place.
Our customers satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with any item you have purchased from Bamboonies please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange. The goods must be in a new, unopened and unused condition.
We will not refund or exchange goods that were damaged by the customer.
Bamboonies is a trademarked business name. No Imagery or text from this site can be used or copied in any way without the express written permission of the director. Please email email@example.com to obtain permission to use or copy any part of this site or trademark in any way. We reserve all rights to refuse. Appropriate action will be taken where necessary.
